How It Works
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day. Orders after 12:00 PM PST are processed within 1 business day.
Shipping Options
We offer various shipping options with estimated delivery times you can select at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Weekends & Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Out-of-Stock Items
If any part of your order is out of stock, we will promptly refund you for the item.

If a shipment is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, insufficient address details, or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us.

For orders that were originally shipped with free shipping, customers will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange payment for reshipment.
