Order Processing:

- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipment on the same day.

- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed within 1 business day.

Out-of-Stock Items:

- While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, there may be instances when items become temporarily out of stock.

- If any part of your order is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

You will be given the option to: A. Wait for the item to become available and ship it separately (if applicable). B. Choose a suitable replacement product, if available. C. Cancel the out-of-stock item from your order and receive a refund for the corresponding amount.

Shipping Times:

- We offer various shipping options, each with its own estimated delivery time, which you can select at checkout.

- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Weekend and Holiday Orders:

- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 Undeliverable Items Policy

At Soul Sticks, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information or other issues, please review our Undeliverable Items Policy:

Address Accuracy:

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement.

Undeliverable Shipments:

- If a shipment is deemed undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address, insufficient address details, or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us.

Reshipment:

- For orders that were originally shipped with free shipping provided by us, customers will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item. We will contact you to arrange payment for reshipment.

Correcting Address Information:

- If you realize that the shipping address is incorrect or needs to be updated before the item is reshipped, please contact our customer service team immediately to make the necessary corrections.

Timely Response:

- To expedite the reshipment process and avoid additional delays, it is crucial to respond to our communication promptly and provide the necessary information for reshipment.
